Gut interior renovation of a three-story townhouse in Brooklyn, NY for a retired couple. In addition to a new kitchen and powder room OBO re-designed the back entry, interior stairs to accommodate aging-in-place principles, making the circulation more accessible. As a full service design firm OBO also selected all the interior materials and finishes, provided lighting design and decor consultation and designed new fenestration throughout to update this charming 1920s home.
